Nursing Home Volunteers

Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively seeking volunteers to spend time with our residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

Walk-ins always welcome!

 

 

Volunteers can do anything!! Such as:

  • Assisting on off-site activity trips
  • Sharing your passion- music, art, hobbies, or even animals!
  • Sitting and talking/listening to the residents
  • Reading to a group or a person
  • Assisting with computers
  • Hosting coffee hours
  • Writing letters to Residents 
  • Communicate via computers with residents

Anything is possible with incredible volunteers!!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A smile on your face
  • Energetic positive attitude.
