Role Overview:
This is a dynamic, hybrid position designed for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility while making a real impact in healthcare operations. The Clinical Operations & Community Liaison plays a key role across outpatient services, field-based clinical support, customer engagement, and internal operations. This role offers the unique opportunity to work both remotely and in the field, with a flexible schedule directed by the manager based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Outpatient Surgery Center Support (2 days/month):
Serve as Front Desk Coordinator at our outpatient surgery center, supporting patient flow, scheduling, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Medical Director Field Support (2 days/month):
Assist the Medical Director in the field with select treatments, clinical coordination, and workflow support within nursing facilities.
Customer Service & Facility Engagement:
Act as a frontline representative in nursing homes, providing high-touch customer service, supporting facility staff, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Operational & Account Management Support:
Work behind the scenes with the account management and operations teams on scheduling, documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Hybrid & Flexible Work Environment:
