Oneida Center Assisted Living Program is hiring an Administrator in Utica, NY.

 

DUTIES:

  • Supervises all clinical and administrative functions in the facility

  • Development and implementation of a facility management system

  • Administration, management, supervision and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care

  • Financial management of a health care facility

  • Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations

  • Oversight of the facility quality assurance process

  • Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents

REQUIREMENTS:

  • • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university,
    OR
    • Associate’s degree and at least three years of full-time experience in a position involving supervision of staff and responsibility for operations in a human services field,
    OR
    • High school diploma (or GED) and at least five years of full-time administrative experience in a human services field.
    • Must have experience overseeing staff and managing operations, budgeting, or program activities.
    • Relevant experience should be within a healthcare or human services setting such as an adult care facility, nursing home, home care agency, or hospital.
