Hammonton Center is Hiring an Administrator in Training!!

Hammonton Center is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in a rewarding career in long-term care. As an Administrator in Training (AIT), you will work closely with a team of administrative and clinical professionals to learn the skills necessary to lead staff and manage a skilled nursing facility.

You will be given the time and support to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn industry regulations to prepare for a successful future as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Train under the guidance of the licensed Administrator in all aspects of nursing home operations

• Participate in day-to-day facility management

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Bachelor’s degree required

• 2+ years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred

• Must be computer literate and capable of learning new software
