Hammonton Center is Hiring an Administrator in Training!!
Hammonton Center is looking for a highly motivated individual interested in a rewarding career in long-term care. As an Administrator in Training (AIT), you will work closely with a team of administrative and clinical professionals to learn the skills necessary to lead staff and manage a skilled nursing facility.
If you are interested in pursuing a Nursing Home Administrator’s license, this is your chance to kick-start your career. You will be given the time and support to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn industry regulations to prepare for a successful future as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
Responsibilities:
Train under the guidance of the licensed Administrator in all aspects of nursing home operations
Participate in day-to-day facility management
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
Must be computer literate and capable of learning new software
