 Job Requirements:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal)

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience working with seniors, youth, or individuals with special needs is a plus

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to plan and lead group activities

  • Must pass background check and any required health screenings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and assist with recreational activities such as games, arts & crafts, music, fitness, and outings

  • Engage participants in a positive, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner

  • Support the planning and execution of daily activity programs

  • Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and families in both English and Spanish

  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized activity area

  • Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities

  • Assist with documentation, attendance, and program feedback

Location: 50 Sheffield Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207, United States
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Depending on experience and shift
