Bishop Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking for a Business Office Manager Assistant to work in our facility in Syracuse, NY.

DUTIES:

  • Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligations
  • Submit Medicaid applications and see them through until approval
  • Inputting of census information to relevant software
  • Bill residents and families to ensure they are paid in full
  • Distribute resident funds
  • Submit Medicaid applications and see them through until approval
  • Other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes is a plus
    • High comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligations
    • Must be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Should be highly detailed and organized
