Amazing Home Care is actively seeking a Full-Time CDPAP Coordinator.

Must be Vaccinated for COVID-19

Bilingual English-Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Match, assign, and schedule caregivers based on skill level, availability, and customer requirements
  • Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families
  • Receive and process incoming requests for new home care services
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, as well as, internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Prior administrative / office experience is strongly preferred
