Martine Center is hiring a Central Supply & Medical Records Clerk in White Plains, NY!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual to support both our Central Supply and Medical Records departments. This dual-role position is vital to maintaining the efficiency, organization, and compliance of our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include:

Central Supply Duties:

  • Stock nursing stations with appropriate supplies

  • Manage and track inventory across stock rooms, nursing units, and supply areas

  • Place and unpack facility-wide supply orders

  • Organize and maintain central supply storage and office areas

  • Assist with room changes and general supply logistics

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in supply spaces

Medical Records Duties:

  • Compile, organize, and maintain accurate medical records for all residents

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of resident information

  • Maintain and update electronic health record databases

  • Audit and thin charts regularly to ensure compliance

  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative medical documentation

  • Release information to authorized personnel/agencies in accordance with regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in a Long-Term Care or healthcare setting preferred

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical aspects of supply stocking

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Weekend and holiday availability as needed
