Centers Health Care is seeking a dynamic, experienced Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead compliance and ethics initiatives across multiple facilities throughout New York State. This high-impact leadership role requires a strong, proactive leader who can drive change, inspire teams, oversee regulatory compliance, investigations, auditing and monitoring, risk assessments, compliance policy, and compliance training and education, while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience, strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, and experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
