Fulton Center is hiring a Cook in Gloversville, NY.

DUTIES:

• Preparation, cooking, and service of a variety of foods

• Working on tray line during meal service as needed

• General cleaning up of kitchen and work area

• Follow sanitation guidelines in preparation, storage and storage of food

• Maintain required documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification in healthcare cooking (SERV Safe or Sodexo) - not required

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in large-scale cooking - Prefered

• Strong knowledge of large scale & therapeutic food preparation

• Weekends Required

• Must be able to do some physical work

• Should be a strong team player

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Excellent customer service & communication skills

• Will manage Kitchen in absence of food service director -/Dietary Supervisor as needed
