Richmond Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Social Work to join our Skilled Nursing Facility leadership team. Prior management experience in Long-Term Care is required. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits provided.

DUTIES:

• Direct and oversee policies and goals of the Social Services Department

• Manage assessments, care planning, and resident adjustment services

• Coordinate resident discharges to the community and post-acute settings

• Participate in community outreach as needed

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of social work practices in LTC

• Exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving

• Plan and achieve departmental objectives using extensive experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• Management experience in a Long-Term Care setting

• LSW or MSW required

• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
