Regional Finance Coordinator

Centers Health Care is seeking an experienced Regional Finance Coordinator to support and oversee the financial operations for our Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Upstate New York. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and an effective leader who can drive strong financial performance.

Candidate must be able to travel throughout Upstate New York.

Duties:

• Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities within the region

• Partner with Administrators, DONs, and facility leadership to improve financial and operational outcomes

• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls

• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordingly

• Provide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadership

Requirements:

• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement models

• High comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teams

• Must be analytical, detailed, and organized

• Ability to travel regularly throughout Upstate NY

• Good communication skills
