Centers Health Care is looking to hire an experienced Regional Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our team and provide essential training and support across multiple nursing home facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct clinical education and training programs for nursing staff
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices
  • Evaluate and improve staff competencies and performance
  • Offer mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance patient care quality
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure nursing excellence

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
  • Proven experience in education, leadership, or training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
