Regional Registered Nurse (RN) Educator

Centers Health Care is looking to hire an experienced Regional Registered Nurse (RN) Educator to join our team and provide essential training and support across multiple nursing home facilities around New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct clinical education and training programs for nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices

• Evaluate and improve staff competencies and performance

• Offer mentorship and professional development opportunities

• Collaborate with facility leadership to enhance patient care quality

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure nursing excellence

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)

• Proven experience in education, leadership, or training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel to multiple locations
