Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
The Human Resources The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and pre-screening candidates. Creatively and proactively uses sourcing techniques to create a pipeline of candidates for high volume/time sensitive positions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing resumes, setting up screens, screening candidates and scheduling candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and recruit applicants by using methods including but not limited to, print and electronic, advertising, social media, career fairs, networking, college and university programs, community agencies, workforce centers, professional associations, and employee referral programs to build talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
- Work cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement plans and activities
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions, and other recruiting activities and accurate utilization of ATS according to standards
- Assist in developing sourcing campaigns, recruitment marketing initiatives and coordinating virtual and onsite hiring events to meet business needs
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, fine tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovation recruiting techniques
- Measure and report on recruiting metrics (Source of Hire, Time to Fill, Number of Interviews, etc.)
- Handle ad-hoc hiring requests
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Ability to use software to access databases, email, create spreadsheets, and computer proficiency with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)

Salary Range:
- $60K-$65K
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
